Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, Federal Law prohibits us from returning food products unless they are out of date or damaged when delivered. We cannot issue you a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see the below information on our return policy.


Returns

 

Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped.


This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations. Also note that for any issues with your items either damaged or not being delivered, you must notify us within 3 days of placing the order.  After that time, we will be unable to sort out any discrepancies.

To reduce excess inventory and expired items, La Bodega will no longer be keeping orders open if out of stock. If an order is received and that item is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order.


When the item becomes available It will be your responsibility to replace the order at your convenience. For orders with more than one item, any in stock items will be shipped, you will be notified, and the out-of-stock items will be canceled. Your payment will be credited to your account if the item is out of stock.


Return Process

 

To return an item, please email customer service at support@labodegaprovisions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an (RMA) number place the item in its original packaging. Federal law prohibits the return of food goods unless they are out of date. Refunds

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return if it meets the criteria of La Bodega Market. Please allow at least 3-7 days from the receipt of your item for processing your return.

Exceptions

 

For defective and damaged products, please contact customer service by sending an email to support@labodegaprovisions.com to arrange a refund or return that fits La Bodega’s criteria.

  • All sales are final and cannot be returned unless they meet our criteria.
  • Federal prohibits us from returning food unless it is out of date or damaged.
